We were asked to run a co-campaign with a sister café. This voucher partnership program was coordinated with the other café to maximise traction for both sites. Even though both sites have different target demographics there were similarities to engage with.
Counter balancing one café’s unique selling points with the others was a challenge, but a good one. We’ve coordinated a lot of brainstorming sessions with clients so we know how to guide the discussions in the right direction. Otherwise those sessions can soon become ineffective, and worse, deflate morale for the campaign. We kept the meetings brief and goal orientated, therefore keeping the excitement surrounding this joint venture campaign.
