How to join the Ooze Studios team
We’re always excited to work with new talent who share our relentless pursuit of excellence. We’ve made our application process simple and straightforward to help you join our team.Â

1. Complete our application form
Click on the apply now button to fill out our online application form.
Our VideoAsk application form will allow you to upload your updated CV and portfolio. You’ll also be asked to answer some short video questions. You can fill out the form on your computer or mobile device.
2. Initial Interview
Candidates who have passed our initial screening process will be invited to an initial interview with our Talent & Operations Leader. You will receive an email from us that will allow you to choose the date and time of your interview, based on our available schedules.
The initial interview allows us to have a better understanding of your skills and experience to determine if the role is a good fit for you. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about Ooze Studios and the role you have applied for.
3. Live Simulation
Those who pass the initial interview will be asked to complete our personalised online assessment, called the Live Simulation.
The Live Simulation will put your hard skills to the test through sample tasks that are associated with the role you’re applying for. This also provides candidates with a better understanding of the tasks outlined in the job description.
4. Technical Interview
The final step of our application process is a Technical Interview with our Pod Leaders. Candidates who have passed the live simulation will be invited to a technical interview via email.
The Technical Interview allows us to delve more into your hard skills and experience to determine a good role fit. This is also a great opportunity for candidates to get to know our Pod Leaders and ask questions about our pod dynamics and how we collaborate with one another.
5. Meet the Team and Final Decision
You’ve aced the Live Simulation! Now it’s time for the final stage of our application process: Meet the Team and Final Decision.
This is a chance for you to connect with members of your future pod, along with a few of our most experienced team members. You can take this time to ask questions, get a feel for our culture and see what our day-to-day collaboration is like. The meeting is meant to be a fun and lighthearted way to get to know the team and experience what makes Ooze such a great place to work.
After that, we’ll be in touch soon with the final decision!
