There are four different factors that have to be factored in in order for the crowd to make collective decisions that are wise and useful. If the decisions that they make are lacking any of these four particular areas the results being less than satisfactory.

There are many theories that explore the ways of making great managers. If we focus so much on making the managers great, why won’t us also find the best ways to make a team great?
